In the educational sciences there is an emerging paradigm and methodologies for adults that promote meaningful learning in virtual education. However, the virtual training diary is based on lectures, not very participatory, not very interactive and focused on the teacher; this is the case of the Manuel María Peralta Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship, willing to optimize itself in technopedagogy to convert its training to the current era. The objective of this study is to design an interactive instructional manual for virtual pedagogical mediation from the TPACK methodology, which strengthens the integration of techno-pedagogical skills in the training staff of the Ministry's Diplomatic Academy, to promote meaningful and relevant learning for students. Academy training participants. Research question: How to design an interactive instructional manual for virtual pedagogical mediation from the TPACK methodology, which strengthens the integration of techno-pedagogical skills in the training staff of the Manuel María Peralta Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship, to promote meaningful and relevant learning to staff during the year 2022? As a research methodology, the Mixed Approach with a concurrent nested design (DIAC) was selected. Standardized by objectives, with the steps to follow before, during and at the end of a training; and includes dynamics and gamification. Likewise, it is permeable to all discipline and knowledge that you want to impart.
