Parte del acercamiento decolonial, de esta obra colectiva, se refleja tanto en tratar temas “viejos” y “tradicionales” con nuevas miradas, por ejemplo, desde la integración regional, relaciones transfronterizas, Estado, territorio, y abordar tópicos “emergentes” que no han recibido mucha atención de los centros de investigación.
