Investigate how Coopeorotina R.L. promotes the sustainable economic and social development of its members during the periods 2003, 2004 and 2005. The type of study is descriptive, explanatory and correlational. The sample was taken according to three requirements: be an active member, have at least one loan in the period 2003, 2004, 2005, the amount of the loan must be greater than or equal to 500,000 colones, giving 69 members, of which 50 were chosen at random to obtain the sample. The telephone interview was used which did not give results, it is determined that for the selection of these members to be interviewed will be by a selection of non-probabilistic samples, which is a sampling by convenience. For the collection of information two techniques are used: the interview and the observation, the instrument will be the questionnaire.
