The research seminar is based on the analysis of the working conditions and their incidence on the occupational health of the personnel who perform functions related to the Office Administration profile in the Administrative and Logistics Management, Inspection and Collection Management and Computer Management Sub-areas of the Costa Rican Social Security Fund, Pérez Zeledón, period 2021-2022. The main objective is to analyze the working conditions and their impact on the occupational health of the employees working in the different sub-areas of the Regional Directorate of Brunca Branches. The research is correlational, because it allows the relationship between the categories under study, which correspond to work performance, working conditions and incidence on health, also it is developed with a mixed approach, since instruments such as observation, interview and questionnaire were used, which belong to the qualitative and quantitative approach. The use of the instruments allows the collection of information to obtain the results. Through data collection, results were obtained on working conditions that do not protect the welfare of employees, such as unsuitable furniture, outdated computer equipment and a working environment that is not very favorable for health, in addition to the impact they have on the performance of employees who have a profile related to the Office Administration profile. The Regional Directorate of Branches was provided with occupational risk prevention and mitigation measures to increase the productive management of the personnel in the Administrative and Logistics Management, Inspection and Collection Management and IT Management sub-areas.
