Experiencia de sistematización: feria internacional del libro universitario “Heredia Ciudad Cultural”

Abstract

La primera Feria Internacional del Libro Universitario (FILU) en la ciudad de Heredia se llevó a cabo entre el 10 y el 17 de marzo de 2013, y no existía un precedente de esta naturaleza. Por haber sido la Dirección de Extensión de la Universidad Nacional (UNA) la gestora de tal evento en el marco del Proyecto “Heredia Ciudad Cultural”, fue de gran importancia realizar la sistematización de la experiencia, poniendo énfasis en la segunda versión, realizada en el 2015. Por ello, a esta experiencia de sistematización que abarca los meses de octubre de 2013 a abril de 2015 la hemos llamado: “Organización y ejecución de la Feria Internacional del Libro Universitario: Heredia, Ciudad Cultural (FILU 2015)”. Dos elementos marcaron el propósito de la sistematización de experiencias: la primera, lo que hemos llamado la “gestión cultural” en la provincia desde la UNA, y la segunda, la articulación interinstitucional en torno a ella. Por ello, el objetivo fundamental de esta sistematización es mostrar una experiencia de articulación interinstitucional que pueda servir de modelo para la gestión cultural, entendida esta como la mediación entre creadores, organizaciones artísticas, patrimoniales y educativas, usuarios y ciudadanía alrededor de un territorio con una historia y cultura específicas.

Between the 10th and 17th of March 2013, the first International University Book Fair (FILU) took place in the city of Heredia, with no precedent of this event nationwide. It had been the Extension Department of the National University (UNA) the one in charge of this event, within the framework of “Heredia Cultural City”; with the realization of the FILU 2015, it was of very important to perform the systematization of the experience, emphasizing the second version itself. Therefore, we have named this experience of systematization: “Organization and execution of the International University Book Fair: Heredia City Cultural (FILU 2015), throughout the months of October, 2013 to April, 2015”. Two elements marked the aim of the systematization of experiences. First, what we call the “cultural management” in the province of the UNA, and second, the inter-agency coordination around it. Therefore, the main objective of this systematization it to show a inter-agency joint experience that can work as a model for cultural management; taken it as a relationship between artists, artistic organizations, property and educational organizations, costumers and citizens around a territory with a specific culture and history.
