Spontaneous Theater (S.T.) is a working method developed by Moreno in 1921, whose objective is to provide those present with the opportunity to tell their life stories and see them represented in dramatized performances. The objective of this Graduation Seminar was to analyze S.T. from the workshop-performance format developed by Triqui-traque: A Spontaneous Theater Company, as a method applied in the psychotherapeutic approach to a group process. The research question was: How is S.T. developed from the workshop-performance format, as a method applied in the psychotherapeutic approach to a group process? The research question was answered by applying S.T. in its workshop-performance format in eight sessions with the Emotion Management group at the Santo Domingo de Heredia Clinic and analyzed using the Adapted Constant Comparison Method (ACCM). It is concluded that S.T. It serves as a group psychotherapeutic tool that enhances the ability to express, elaborate and rework one's own life experiences in the past, present and future in the Group of Participating People.
