This text is structured around a theoretical and conceptual framework that includes a review of specialized literature on topics such as inequality and inequity in the allocation and distribution of resources, both spatially and socially. Productive transformation is also conceived from economic, social, environmental, and cultural dimensions. Furthermore, Territorial Development Models (TDMs) are proposed as initiatives developed through university outreach to address various problems. A section on methodological approaches is then presented, outlining the strategies used in data collection and processing. Finally, the results section is structured around three axes: the prototypes developed in coordination with different academic units of the university, the required governance structure, and the limitations that must be considered during the implementation process. This contribution concludes with a series of conclusions and recommendations to ensure the sustainability of this strategic initiative developed by the Vice-Rectorate for Outreach.
