Resumen
Determina el grado en que el proceso de planeamiento y evaluación del núcleo de procesos artesanales del INA, incorpora los principios de igualdad y equiparación de oportunidades en el diseño y gestión de la oferta formativa del núcleo de procesos artesanales en el período 2003. Es una investigación de tipo no experimental, pues las variables estudiadas no fueron controladas ni manipuladas por la autora. Es de enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo. Participaron 18 funcionarios del INA y 44 personas con discapacidad, matriculados en los cursos del Núcleo de Procesos Artesanales durante el segundo semestre del 2003, ubicados en la Unidad Regional Central Occidental y la Unidad Regional Central Oriental (Regiones Oriental y Occidental). También se tuvo la participación de 31 familiares o encargados de dichos alumnos. Se aplicaron entrevistas individuales y grupales.

It is an investigation of a non-experimental type, since the variables studied were not controlled or manipulated by the author. It has a qualitative and quantitative approach. 18 INA officials and 44 people with disabilities participated, enrolled in the courses of the Nucleus of Artisanal Processes during the second semester of 2003, located in the Western Central Regional Unit and the Eastern Central Regional Unit (Eastern and Western Regions). There was also the participation of 31 relatives or guardians of said students. Individual and group interviews were applied.
