1991).
20 years ago, a white girl like Snow was born in a town in Costa Rica. She received an unusual gift for a baby, a extensive genealogy of their ancestors. An aspect outstanding feature of this genealogy was that the uterine line (matrilineal) could be reconstructed in complete form until 1580 (see Genealogical chart Nº1), year in which he was born in Cartago Doña Isabel Jiménez, important society lady of her time. Carthage was At that time the main urban center, political and administrative in the territory of the Province of Costa Rica, and up to around 1719 was the only Spanish city in the Valley Central; the conquest process (1561-1563) had just ended and colonial rule (1563- 1821) was being imposed (Acuña and Chavarría 1991).
