Diseño de un sistema de gestión administrativo-financiero-contable para la efectividad del Laboratorio Clínico LabiPat, para implementar en el año 2025

Abstract

El presente, versa sobre la investigación del equipo hacia una empresa llamada Laboratorio Clínico LabiPat que no hace mucho inicia sus operaciones. Por supuesto, es bien sabido que al inicio se pueden presentar distintos inconvenientes para el buen funcionamiento de la empresa. Por lo cual, equipo de investigación se propone como meta entender la parte administrativa de dicha compañía, buscar sus falencias, para así y con la información generada a partir de datos, generar una propuesta de valor en este ámbito, para mejorar la tarea de administrar y que ayude a tomar decisiones. Para poder abordar la problemática de una mejor forma, el equipo plantea los siguientes objetivos. Primeramente, se identifica un objetivo general, el cual trata sobre el análisis de la gestión administrativa en LabiPat para así poder encontrar necesidades que puedan ser abordadas mediante un sistema adaptado a la realidad y le permita realizar una administración efectiva. Para trabajar el objetivo general, se plantearon varios objetivos específicos, los cuales tratan sobre la identificación de necesidades administrativas, el diseño de un sistema efectivo para estructurar la información administrativa y la crear un manual de usuario para con la herramienta nueva. No solo se necesita del planteamiento de los objetivos para lograr el cometido del proyecto, se necesita también información crucial y fidedigna, que de ella se encarga de proporcionar la muestra. El equipo investigador opta por utilizar entrevistas a los implicados, así como también la aplicación de formularios para la obtención de datos que sean precisos. Esto se realiza mediante la aplicación de las herramientas anteriormente mencionadas; gracias a ellas y a la información brindada, se obtiene una idea más clara de la realidad por la que atraviesa LabiPat. Como cualquier otra empresa, no es perfecta y tiene falencias que deben ser abordadas para tener mejor operabilidad; el campo de las necesidades administrativas, financieras y contables es uno de ellos, donde deben de mejorar sus procesos para volverlos más ágiles y amigables con el usuario. También en el apartado de sistema, en donde deben de mejorar con los que cuentan, se deben buscar opciones que se adecúen a las necesitades y presupuesto, para ello con la propuesta por parte del equipo investigador, el Laboratorio Clínico LabiPat (LCL) puede ver las oportunidades de mejora y abordarlas.This report focuses on the research team's investigation of a company called LabiPat Clinical Laboratory, which recently began operations. It is well known that various challenges can arise at the outset to ensure the smooth functioning of the company. Therefore, the research team aims to understand the administrative aspects of this company, identify its weaknesses, and, using the information generated from the data, develop a value proposition in this area to improve management and support decision-making. To better address the problem, the team sets the following objectives. First, a general objective is identified: to analyze the administrative management at LabiPat in order to identify needs that can be addressed through a system adapted to the company's specific circumstances, enabling effective administration. To achieve this general objective, several specific objectives were established: identifying administrative needs, designing an effective system to structure administrative information, and creating a user manual for the new tool. Not only are objectives defined to achieve the project's goal, but crucial and reliable information is also essential, and this is precisely what the sample provides. The research team opts to use interviews with stakeholders, as well as the application of forms to obtain accurate data. This is done through the application of the aforementioned tools; thanks to these and the information provided, a clearer understanding of LabiPat's current situation is obtained. Like any other company, it is not perfect and has shortcomings that must be addressed for better operation; the area of ​​administrative, financial, and accounting needs is one such area, where processes must be improved to make them more agile and user-friendly. Similarly, in the systems area, where improvements must be made to the existing systems, options that suit the needs and budget must be sought. With the research team's proposal, the LabiPat Clinical Laboratory (LCL) can identify opportunities for improvement and address them.
