Importancia de la pedagogía saludable para la salud física y mental de los estudiantes y docentes en educación superior

Resumen
La universidad es una institución vital para el desarrollo cultural y social de un país, no obstante, para muchas personas es sinónimo de palabras como estrés, ansiedad, enfermedad. La pedagogía saludable es una herramienta, que busca que el camino de formación profesional de una persona, sea cada vez más amigable con los involucrados en ese proceso, que tome en cuenta que tanto docentes, como estudiantes, deben tener un diálogo abierto y continuo que enriquezca la calidad de educación de ambos. La universidad, como determinante social, debe velar para que la salud sea concebida desde un punto de vista integral, y para ello debe tomarse de la mano de estrategias como la Promoción de la Salud. Para establecer este análisis se realizó una búsqueda sistemática sobre el tema, se relacionó con la historia de las universidades promotoras de la salud, y se entrelazó con los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje que se utilizan o se deberían poner en práctica en las aulas. Buscar el bienestar de las personas, una formación humana, profesional y de calidad, son algunas de las metas de la pedagogía saludable, que finalmente tiene como meta aportar de manera positiva al sistema educativo.
University institutions are transcendental for the cultural and social development of any country, however, for many people it is synonymous of stress, anxiety, illness. Health pedagogy is a toll that looks for a person´s path for vocational training to be more and more friendly day by day, with all people involved around that process. It must consider that, not only professors but students have to practice and opened and continued performance which enrich the education quality of both of them. The university, as a social determinant process in lives of people involved in it, has to be sure that health has to be seen from an integral way, and for this, it must consider some tools to help, like Health Promotion. To carry out this analysis, a systematic search was made, and was related to the history of health promoting universities, and to the teaching and learning processes that are used or should be put into practice in the classroom. Seeking the well-being of people, a human, professional and quality education, are some of the goals in healthy pedagogy, which ultimately aims to contribute positively to the educational system at all.
