Abstract

El documento plantea la reestructuración organizativa de la Sección Regional de Pérez Zeledón. Define sus objetivos y las estrategias para alcanzarlos, así como la estructura organizacional propuesta, considerando las áreas de interés y las políticas institucionales generales. Además, establece los distintos estamentos que conforman la organización, enumerándolos según su rango y nivel de autoridad. Asimismo, incluye las orientaciones generales que guían su quehacer universitario en las áreas de docencia, investigación y extensión, los mecanismos de relación y coordinación con la Sede Central, y las tareas complementarias necesarias para el cumplimiento de sus funciones.
