El aprendizaje ubicuo con dispositivos móviles en cursos de Bachillerato y Licenciatura en Educación Comercial y Administración de Oficinas de la Escuela de Secretariado Profesional de la Universidad Nacional, período 2020

Resumen
Esta investigación corresponde al Trabajo Final de Graduación (TFG) para optar por el grado de Licenciatura en Educación Comercial de la Escuela de Secretariado Profesional de la Universidad Nacional, en la modalidad tesis, con el objetivo de analizar la implementación del aprendizaje ubicuo con dispositivos móviles en los cursos de Bachillerato y Licenciatura en Educación Comercial y Administración de Oficinas.
En primer lugar, se identificó la utilización de dispositivos móviles en procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje, de esta manera se comprendió cómo estos dispositivos se han convertido en herramientas fundamentales para el acceso a la información y el desarrollo de actividades académicas.
En segundo lugar, se estableció la relación entre el uso de dispositivos móviles y el concepto de aprendizaje ubicuo en los procesos de educación a distancia.
Por último, se determinó la implementación del aprendizaje ubicuo con dispositivos móviles en el contexto de estudio. Esto implicó investigar las estrategias pedagógicas y tecnológicas utilizadas, así como la capacitación de docente y estudiantes para aprovechar al máximo las posibilidades que ofrecen estos dispositivos.
Para obtener una visión integral, se utilizó un enfoque mixto de investigación, mediante la combinación de datos cuantitativos y cualitativos. La revisión bibliográfica proporcionó un contexto para el tema, seguida de la realización de encuestas y entrevistas aplicadas a expertos en el campo del aprendizaje ubicuo, mediante los dispositivos móviles. Estas interrelaciones se llevaron a cabo con el propósito de explorar las experiencias y percepciones de los individuos involucrados, en relación con las categorías de estudio.
Los resultados de esta investigación respaldan la importancia de la implementación del aprendizaje ubicuo con dispositivos móviles en los cursos de Administración de Oficina y Educación Comercial, ya que con el análisis de datos se ha demostrado que es una estrategia efectiva para reducir la brecha digital y superar las limitaciones de tiempo y espacio en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje.
En el proceso investigativo se encontró que el aprendizaje ubicuo con dispositivos móviles permite a los estudiantes acceder a recursos educativos en cualquier momento y en cualquier lugar.
El análisis realizado evidencia que el aprendizaje ubicuo con dispositivos móviles es una estrategia valiosa para mejorar la educación, al brindar flexibilidad y acceso a recursos educativos en cualquier momento y lugar, lo que contribuye a un entorno educativo flexible y accesible para los estudiantes.
This research corresponds to the Final Graduation Project (TFG) to opt for the degree of Bachelor of Business Education at the School of Professional Secretariat of the National University, in the thesis modality, with the objective of analyzing the implementation of ubiquitous learning with mobile devices in the Baccalaureate and Bachelor's courses in Business Education and Office Administration. Firstly, the use of mobile devices in teaching and learning processes was identified, in this way it was understood how these devices have become fundamental tools for accessing information and developing academic activities. Secondly, the relationship between the use of mobile devices and the concept of ubiquitous learning in distance education processes was established. Finally, the implementation of ubiquitous learning with mobile devices in the study context was determined. This involved investigating the pedagogical and technological strategies used, as well as the training of teachers and students to make the most of the possibilities offered by these devices. To obtain a comprehensive view, a mixed research approach was used, combining quantitative and qualitative data. The literature review provided a context for the topic, followed by conducting surveys and interviews with experts in the field of ubiquitous learning, using mobile devices. These interrelationships were carried out with the purpose of exploring the experiences and perceptions of the individuals involved, in relation to the study categories. The results of this research support the importance of implementing ubiquitous learning with mobile devices in Office Administration and Business Education courses, since data analysis has shown that it is an effective strategy to reduce the digital divide and overcome the limitations of time and space in the teaching-learning process. In the research process, it was found that ubiquitous learning with mobile devices allows students to access educational resources at any time and anywhere. The analysis carried out shows that ubiquitous learning with mobile devices is a valuable strategy to improve education, by providing flexibility and access to educational resources at any time and place, which contributes to a flexible and accessible educational environment for students.
