Resumen
El presente documento presenta la ficha técnica de costos de producir café establecida por el Instituto del Café de Costa Rica. En esta, se agrupan los costos por hectárea de la mano de obra, insumos agricolas y demás gastos. Para efectos de la presente investigación, se insertaron nuevas filas, las cuales corresponden a los gastos incurridos por los caficultores para adaptarse a la normativa sanitaria por el COVID-19.
This document presents the technical sheet of costs of producing coffee established by the Coffee Institute of Costa Rica. In this, the costs per hectare of labor, agricultural inputs and other expenses are grouped. For the purposes of this investigation, new rows were inserted, which correspond to the expenses incurred by coffee growers to adapt to health regulations due to COVID-19.
