Estudio de prefactibilidad para la operación de una sala de boliche en el cantón de Pérez Zeledón

Abstract

Esta investigación tuvo como propósito evaluar la factibilidad de la creación de una sala de boliche en Pérez Zeledón. En la misma se determinó si es viable implementar un centro de entretenimiento de este tipo. Asimismo, el análisis se elaboró mediante estudios que determinaron la viabilidad del proyecto, los cuales son: de mercado, técnico, organizacional, legal y financiero, que dieron la información necesaria para tomar la decisión de invertir o no en esta idea de negocio. La metodología llevada a cabo para esta investigación fue la mixta, debido a que combina elementos de métodos cuantitativos y cualitativos en un mismo estudio. Ahora, en cuanto al alcance se compuso de varios estudios: el descriptivo y exploratorio. Cada uno de estos fue requerido para el desarrollo de la investigación. Como parte del estudio de mercado, se confeccionó una encuesta que fue aplicada a la muestra seleccionada y poder conocer así sus gustos y preferencias en cuanto a la idea del proyecto y, además, se tuvo una conversación con el Gerente del Bol Cariari, que fue de gran ayuda para la investigación y conocer con esto los temas más técnicos relacionados a esta idea de proyecto. Por su parte, con el estudio técnico se determinaron los requerimientos para desarrollar este proyecto, el equipo requerido y todos sus costos. De esta forma, se hizo un análisis para determinar cuáles eran las mejores opciones. Así, en el estudio organizacional se determinó la conformación de colaboradores que trabajan en la sala, se definieron puestos y las funciones de cada uno, determinando también los costos salariales que se tienen por cada puesto. Ahora, en el estudio legal se investigaron los requisitos necesarios para que una sala de boliche pueda operar sin problema alguno, se incluyeron los trámites municipales, permisos de funcionamiento, creación de persona jurídica y demás, para que no haya inconvenientes en el momento de empezar a operar. Y, en cuanto al estudio financiero, se tomaron los datos recolectados de los estudios anteriores para realizar los cálculos requeridos que permitirían determinar la viabilidad que tiene la idea de negocio, donde, para este caso, se obtuvo resultados positivos.

The purpose of this research was to evaluate the feasibility of creating a bowling center in Pérez Zeledón. It was determined whether it is feasible to implement an entertainment center of this type. Likewise, the analysis was elaborated through studies that determined the feasibility of the project, which are: market, technical, organizational, legal and financial, which gave the necessary information to make the decision to invest or not in this business idea. The methodology carried out for this research was mixed, because it combines elements of quantitative and qualitative methods in the same study. Now, as for the scope, it was composed of several studies: descriptive and exploratory. Each of these was required for the development of the research. As part of the market study, a survey was made and applied to the selected sample in order to know their tastes and preferences regarding the project idea and, in addition, a conversation was held with the Manager of Bol Cariari, which was of great help for the research and to know the more technical issues related to this project idea. On the other hand, the technical study determined the requirements to develop this project, the required equipment and all its costs. In this way, an analysis was made to determine which were the best options. Thus, the organizational study determined the composition of the collaborators working in the room, defined the positions and functions of each one, and also determined the salary costs for each position. Now, in the legal study, the necessary requirements for a bowling alley to operate without any problem were investigated, including municipal procedures, operating permits, creation of legal entity and others, so that there are no inconveniences at the time of starting to operate. As for the financial study, the data collected from the previous studies were used to make the required calculations to determine the feasibility of the business idea, where, in this case, positive results were obtained.
