Recomendaciones y resoluciones finales: seminario de reflexión sobre el quehacer académico de la Sección Regional de Pérez Zeledón

Abstract

Durante el Seminario de Reflexión sobre el quehacer académico de la Sección Regional de Pérez Zeledón se evidenció un marcado desinterés, tanto por parte de docentes interinos como propietarios, para participar en la actividad. A pesar de haberse invitado a diversas instancias de la Universidad Nacional, en atención a la relevancia de la situación que enfrenta la Sección Regional y a los acuerdos emitidos por el Consejo Universitario, dichas instancias no se hicieron presentes. A nivel regional, la asistencia también fue limitada por parte de los dirigentes convocados. El documento recoge las distintas propuestas elaboradas por las seis comisiones responsables del análisis de las actividades académicas que deben desarrollarse en la Sección Regional, tomando como referencia las funciones que actualmente se ejecutan.

During the Reflection Seminar on the Academic Activities of the Pérez Zeledón Regional Section, a marked lack of interest was evident among both adjunct and tenured faculty in participating. Despite invitations extended to various departments of the National University, given the importance of the situation facing the Regional Section and the resolutions issued by the University Council, these departments did not attend. At the regional level, attendance was also limited among the invited leaders. The document compiles the various proposals developed by the six committees responsible for analyzing the academic activities that should be carried out in the Regional Section, taking into account the functions currently being performed.
