Análisis estratégico de la gestión del Comité Cantonal de Deporte y Recreación (CCDR) de Esparza de la Provincia de Puntarenas desde una mirada del territorio en el período 2018-2022

Abstract

El documento presenta una investigación diagnóstica situacional del Comité Cantonal de Deporte y Recreación (CCDR) de Esparza, con el fin de guiar la propuesta sobre estrategias de participación ciudadana para el fortalecimiento organizacional del comité y la promoción del deporte y la recreación. El trabajo se compone de siete capítulos, los cuales componen el TFG de la investigación. Asimismo, el propósito de esta investigación es analizar la gestión que realiza el CCDR de Esparza, para el fortalecimiento de la promoción y desarrollo de actividades del deporte y recreación, mediante el diseño de las estrategias mencionadas anteriormente. A raíz de esto surge como problema: ¿Cuál es la gestión que realiza el comité de Esparza, perteneciente a la Región Pacífico Central, según la ley del código municipal, el ICODER y la PONADRAF 2020-2030? Por lo tanto, se lleva a cabo un proceso participativo, mediante coordinación interinstitucional, entre la Escuela de Planificación Económica y Promoción Social y la Junta Directiva del Comité de Esparza, entre otros actores claves. De acuerdo con lo anterior, el objetivo de la investigación es: Analizar la gestión del Comité Cantonal de Deporte y Recreación (CCDR) de Esparza de la Región Pacífico Central, para el fortalecimiento de la promoción y desarrollo de actividades del deporte y recreación, mediante el diseño de estrategias de participación ciudadana

This document presents a situational diagnostic study of the Esparza Cantonal Sports and Recreation Committee (CCDR) to guide the proposal for citizen participation strategies to strengthen the committee's organization and promote sports and recreation. The work consists of seven chapters, which comprise the final project. The purpose of this research is to analyze the management carried out by the Esparza CCDR to strengthen the promotion and development of sports and recreation activities through the design of the aforementioned strategies. This raises the following question: What is the management carried out by the Esparza committee, part of the Central Pacific Region, according to the municipal code law, the ICODER (National Institute of Statistics and Census), and the PONADRAF (National Plan of Action for the Promotion of Sports and Recreation) 2020-2030? Therefore, a participatory process is carried out, through inter-institutional coordination, between the School of Economic Planning and Social Promotion and the Board of Directors of the Esparza Committee, among other key stakeholders. In accordance with the above, the objective of the research is to analyze the management of the Esparza Cantonal Committee for Sports and Recreation (CCDR) in the Central Pacific Region, to strengthen the promotion and development of sports and recreation activities through the design of citizen participation strategies.
