Estudio de viabilidad económica financiera para la apertura de un Centro recreativo, en San Miguel de Cañas, Guanacaste

Abstract

El ocio y la recreación aporta al bienestar y a la calidad integral de las personas razón que motiva la realización de una investigación para determinar la viabilidad económica financiera de la creación de un Centro recreativo de Piscinas y Restaurante en Cañas, Guanacaste que brinde instalaciones cómodas de esparcimiento y convivencia para las personas. La ejecución del proyecto se realizó bajo el enfoque de investigación mixta, el cual está compuesto, tanto por el enfoque cualitativo como por el cuantitativo. Lo que permitió recolectar información importante para una muestra de 257 hogares del Distrito Central de Cañas donde se identificó sus gustos y preferencias así como el grado de aceptación. Entre otros aspectos importantes relacionados a la operación del proyecto.Leisure and recreation contributes to the well-being and integral quality of people, the reason that motivates the accomplishment of an investigation to determine the economic and financial viability of the creation of a Recreational Center of Pools and Restaurant in Cañas Guanacaste, that provides comfortable recreational facilities and coexistence for people. This project was made under a mixed research approach, using qualitative and quantitative approaches. This made it possible to collect very important information, having the information of 257 houses in the Central District of Cañas, where their pleasures and preferences were identified as well as the degree of acceptance. Also, other important aspects related to the operation and based on the project.
