decisiones.
This research work is carried out in an indigenous community called Bambú, located in the Bratsi district, Talamanca canton. The investigation arises from the need to know the reality of the Bamboo women in the dynamics community and investigate the participation of women in local water management From this premise, the question arises about how the participation of women in water management processes and what is the role or role that these can have in the Bambú community? The objective is to be able to determine the role or role that the Bamboo woman has, in those spaces for decision-making, regarding the management and community use of water, to subsequently empower it and propose tangible improvements in that essential aspect for local development. In the research process, the guide is necessary to make efforts to study in a clearly defined line. That is why both the general objective and the specific objectives channel an analysis model that includes variables with their respective indicators and which are the inputs to achieve a study whole of the community. This work is carried out using the qualitative analysis approach and both primary and secondary sources, in addition to the application of the instrument for Obtaining the information required to respond to the objectives that are pose. The research work also shows the current situation of the community, where the analysis of data provided by the residents, obtained through from the collection of information in the field, to reconstruct the information that allows specifying the current state of Bamboo from participatory planning through of the involvement of women in decision-making spaces, specifically, in water resource management. On the other hand, the document proposes the formulation of viable proposals. The they are created considering the results obtained from the study and analysis of the data. This seeks to contemplate the needs of the community, considering the voices of women, which contribute to their empowerment and decision-making capacity decisions.
