The experience of the systematization of Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) in the classes “Training and Development of People” (National Technical University); “Leadership in High Performance Teams” (Polytechnic University of Chihuahua) and the “Business Soft Skills Program” (National University) Costa Rica-Mexico. The objective is to simplify the application of the COIL methodological strategy in order to standardize its application and highlight its benefits in courses with similar or complementary content, which directly affect the benefit of the participants; strengthening all people involved and allowing the development of transversal skills such as: communication, teamwork, resolution of unforeseen events, among others. The methodology applied was the COIL strategy, which empowers people involved in carrying out activities together internationally; in this case to the aforementioned courses, located in three universities from different countries (Mexico and Costa Rica). The programming and activities are agreed between academics and students with the intention of contributing the knowledge acquired to the contents of the course programs. Priority results point to the fact that students receive an internationalization of their knowledge by peers, validated by academics, that transcultural aspects are assumed and established with empathy from virtuality, and that students identify with colleagues from other countries. As a result, students attain a professional standing that is not limited to their country, but which instead has an international vision.
