In modern organizations, issues related to the way of thinking, acting and expressing oneself have become very important due to the impact that this can have on companies and their work environments. For this reason, the present work tries to inform about how the phenomenon of "Intergenerationality" can play an important role in the performance, development and, therefore, in the interpersonal relationships that develop among collaborators. For this purpose, the study is contemplated to be carried out within the electrical area of the company Elvatron S.A., using as a sample population the workers who perform functions in this unit of the company, in order to know both their perspective and the feelings they may have considering generational aspects and, at the same time, to obtain data and aspects of use for the development of this research. The data and information have been collected through the elaboration and subsequent application of a questionnaire for the workers and another one for the managers, since the perspective from both perspectives is different and varied. Likewise, an interview is applied to the general manager of the company in Costa Rica, which seeks to know his thoughts regarding the intergenerational relationships that are developed in the company. Similarly, the development of each of the variables that have been contemplated to cover this study is carried out, based entirely on aspects such as the collection of information that serves as theoretical support for each one of them, and that generates the basis for their understanding and relationship with the study carried out. Subsequently, the analysis of the variables is made taking into account the data obtained from the workers by means of the instruments applied. Likewise, through the analysis of the information collected, it is observed that many workers do not know about the subject of intergenerationality and how it affects or influences interpersonal or group relations within the company. It is also noted that they do not have knowledge about how generational groups are categorized in the country, according to the study conducted by UNIMER CENTROAMERICA for Costa Rica, which has served as an important basis for this study, so the people consulted only have knowledge of the classifications of generational groups raised by international studies, so that, in most cases, these are the ones that are mentioned mostly (Baby Boomer, Gen. X, Gen. Y, Millenials) and are the data that contribute most to the study. In order to achieve greater knowledge, and a much greater and significant impact on the people consulted, corresponding to the workers of the Electrical Area of the company Elvatron S. A, the research group opted to make a proposal and propose it to the company, which would work as a management tool so that they could learn more about the subject of intergenerationality and everything related to it, through talks, forums and discussions, which seek to identify the effects of intergenerational relations within the organization, these being its main purposes, since there was no plan or proposal that could address these issues. In this way, it is possible to keep both workers and management informed about these aspects, which are so common and important in organizations today.
