It examines how, in practice, the separation between planning and promotion is inconsistent, as both are intertwined in the training processes through professional practices. However, contradictions are identified, such as the tendency to theoretically separate both approaches throughout the curriculum. The text raises key questions for the debate, such as the role of theory and practice, the confusion of professional roles (social promoter vs. social worker), and the possible disconnection between academic objectives and real social needs.
