Seguramente nos encontramos involucrados en lo que algunas han llamado un "cambio epocal", que implica transformaciones tan importantes para la sociedad como las que se sucedieron en Europa desde principios del siglo XVI y en América Latina desde fines del siglo XVIII.
We are surely involved in what some have called an "epochal change," which involves transformations as important for society as those that occurred in Europe since the beginning of the 16th century and in Latin America since the end of the 18th century.
