Comenta textos escritos por personas ligadas a la producción o comercialización del café entre 1774-1895, en el Caribe y en espacios continentales, Había diversidad, tanto en la siembra y atención del cafetal como en el procesamiento del grano, lo que incidía en la calidad del producto. EL beneficiado se efectuaba principalmente por vía húmeda, aunque también había beneficiado por vía seca.

Comment on texts written by people linked to the production or commercialization of coffee between 1774-1895, in the Caribbean and in continental areas.There was diversity, both in the planting and care of the coffee plantation and in the processing of the grain, which affected the quality of the product.
