internaciona.
The parallels are imaginary circles around the Earth's geoid, and their name is due to the fact that they are drawn parallel to the line of the Ecuador. In the same way that knowing the parallel is necessary but not enough to get a precise location; we want to recognize that with This text wishes to contribute to the understanding of the phenomenon of migration in Costa Rica and, especially, in the perception that the population has regarding to this; without trying to give a definitive answer to the problem that this encloses; it has simply been our objective to provide elements that allow a better understanding of this phenomenon, being aware that it is unfinished and imprecise work, and that it is part of an effort collective that has been carried out, and that should continue to be done, from different academic and institutional instances at the national and international.
