Abstract

Analiza el plan operativo anual del Instituto de Estudios del Trabajo en el año 2000-2004 y su incidencia en la calidad del área académica. Estudia las siguientes variables : personal docente, inversión, efecto financiero y rotación de académicos. Es una investigación de tipo descriptivo-explicativo. Se seleccionó una muestra voluntaria compuesta por 78 estudiantes regulares que llegaron al Instituto de Estudios del Trabajo a realizar la matrícula de sus cursos correspondientes al período de matrícula III trimestre del 2004. Se utilizaron entrevistas y cuestionarios.This paper analyses the annual operating plan of the Institute for Labour Studies for the year 2000-2004 and its impact on the quality of the academic area. It studies the following variables: teaching staff, investment, financial impact and academic turnover. This is a descriptive-explanatory type of research. A voluntary sample was selected consisting of 78 regular students who came to the Institute for Labour Studies to register for their courses corresponding to the registration period of the third quarter of 2004. Interviews and questionnaires were used.
