Estrategia de Aprendizaje Sociocultural en el Tema de “Identidad Nacional” para el Desarrollo de Competencias Ciudadanas, en el Nivel de 8º año.

Resumen
En el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje de Educación Cívica, las competencias ciudadanas constituyen el eje formativo de dicha asignatura. Para cumplir con este cometido, se ha propuesto experimentar y valorar una experiencia didáctica centrada en el desarrollo de competencias ciudadanas (la capacidad de síntesis, la facilidad de palabra, el trabajo en grupos, entre otras), para el tema “Elementos de la Identidad Nacional”, debido a su pertinencia para aprender de manera vivencial y directamente relacionado con la convivencia social. Lo anterior, se realiza utilizando la teoría sociocultural expuesta por Vigotsky, ya que dicha teoría aprovecha el contexto donde se desenvuelve el estudiantado para el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje. En ese sentido, su abordaje trasciende el aula como espacio físico para su aprendizaje, permitiendo hacer un acercamiento significativo a niveles del contexto social: la comunidad educativa y local. Es por lo que la investigación es de suma trascendencia, ya que posee dos variables nuevas para ser estudiadas, como es el caso de los nuevos programas de Educación Cívica y el tema de las Competencias Ciudadanas, las cuales son un cambio en los últimos años en el ámbito educativo. Tomando en cuenta este hecho y la necesidad de desarrollar una formación integral en los estudiantes, se ha diseñado la siguiente propuesta de investigación.
In the teaching and learning process of Civic Education, citizenship competencies constitute the formative axis of this subject. In order to fulfill this task, it has been proposed to experiment and evaluate a didactic experience focused on the development of citizenship competencies (synthesis capacity, facility with words, group work, among others), for the subject “Elements of National Identity”, due to its relevance for learning in an experiential way and directly related to social coexistence. This is done using the sociocultural theory exposed by Vigotsky, since this theory takes advantage of the context where the students develop for the teaching and learning process. In this sense, its approach transcends the classroom as a physical space for learning, allowing a significant approach to levels of the social context: the educational and local community. That is why the research is of utmost importance, since it has two new variables to be studied, as is the case of the new Civic Education programs and the issue of Citizenship Competencies, which are a change in recent years in the educational field. Taking into account this fact and the need to develop an integral formation in students, the following research proposal has been designed.
