Recognizing the migrant as a subject with rights, even in times of pandemic, is seen as the new great challenge. At a moment in history in which it is necessary to reconsider the frameworks of human coexistence, the migrant subject, the person who mobilizes, is once again the bearer of bad news, not for himself, but for the others who rebuke him. What generates its existence not only has to do with the construction of fears, ignorance, and systematic rejections. It is related to the global conformation of power structures, the distribution of senses of otherness that mark, delimit, expel, exclude. This scenario is served in Costa Rica.
