Resumen
Se evalúan los estándares físicos y organolépticos de tres diferentes clones de café Robusta (Coffea canephora) sometidos al proceso de beneficiado lavado, bajo distintos parámetros de recolección. Se realizaron diversas mediciones y se empleó un panel sensorial de catadores para determinar la calidad de la bebida obtenida en Cutris de San Carlos, Costa Rica. El ensayo se llevó a cabo en la finca del Sr. Freddy Brenes Morera, ubicada en Coopevega, distrito de Cutris, cantón de San Carlos, provincia de Alajuela. El área de cultivo abarca 10,000 m², con un espacio de 3 m entre filas y 2 m entre plantas. La distribución espacial de cada clon en la parcela se ha establecido con filas alternas de cada material para facilitar la polinización cruzada. En todos los tratamientos se evaluaron siete variables físicas diferentes.
