Reflexión e interpretación crítica del proceso de sistematización. Proyecto: Cultura de Paz y Expresiones Artísticas con personas privadas de libertad en el Centro de Atención Institucional “Calle Real” de Liberia y el Centro de Atención Semi-Institucional Nicoya 2017-2018

Abstract

Durante dos años, realizamos entre el Centro de Estudios Generales (CEG-UNA) y la Sede Regional Chorotega de la Universidad Nacional, el proyecto Cultura de Paz y Expresiones Artísticas con personas privadas de libertad en el Centro de Atención Institucional “Calle Real” de Liberia y el Centro de Atención Semi-Institucional Nicoya 2017-2018. El proyecto se planteó para dos años para desarrollarlo en dos etapas, la primera el año 2017 en el Centro de Atención Institucional “Calle Real” de Liberia y la segunda en el Centro de Atención Semi-Institucional Nicoya, en el año 2018. Entre los objetivos del proyecto pretendemos describir los principales retos a los que se enfrentan las personas privadas de libertad y algunas medidas que permitirían garantizar una mejora en sus condiciones de encierro, fortaleciendo la implementación de actividades de índole pedagógicas, acompañadas de enseñanzas y prácticas para lograr fortalecer el conocimiento propio y del comportamiento social, implementando técnicas artísticas con base en el lenguaje de movimiento, para el fortalecimiento de las capacidades de convivencia de los privados de libertad, como una forma que les permita tener mayores habilidades para insertarse a la sociedad. Desde una mirada realizamos nuestra sistematización del proceso y trabajo llevado a cabo durante estos dos años, en donde construimos, con base al conocimiento adquirido y elaborado en forma conjunta con las personas privadas de libertad en las que participaron con sus experiencias, valores, saberes acumulados y las representaciones e imaginarios sociales.For two years, the Center for General Studies (CEG-UNA) and the Chorotega Regional Campus of the National University conducted the project Culture of Peace and Artistic Expressions with persons deprived of liberty in the Center of Institutional Attention “Calle Real” of Liberia and the Center of Semi-Institutional Attention Nicoya 2017-2018. The project was planned for two years to be developed in two stages, the first in 2017 at the “Calle Real” Institutional Care Center in Liberia, and the second at the Nicoya Semi-Institutional Care Center in 2018. Among the objectives of the project, we intended to describe the main challenges faced by persons deprived of liberty and some measures that would ensure an improvement in their conditions of confinement, strengthening the implementation of pedagogical activities, accompanied by teaching and practices to strengthen self-knowledge and social behavior, implementing artistic techniques based on the language of movement, to strengthen the coexistence capacities of persons deprived of liberty, as a way to enable them to have greater skills to insert themselves into society. From one point of view, we systematized the process and the work carried out for two years. During this period, we built based on the knowledge acquired and developed jointly with the persons deprived of liberty in which they participated with their experiences, values, accumulated knowledge and social representations and imaginaries.
