Resumen
El objetivo principal de esta tesis es la propuesta de un estudio de pre factibilidad para el desarrollo comercial de snack a base de tiquizque y nampí en la zona de Pejibaye de Pérez Zeledón, con el fin de la oportunidad de incursionar un producto innovador en el mercado, así mismo del desarrollo de la zona que tiene como propósito generar nuevas fuente de empleos para la población, además de favorecer a los productores de la zona sur que se encargan de proveer el 80% de la materia prima a la pequeña empresa Frutos y Raíces Tropicales B y B del Sur, S.A. Donde el problema de estudio son los bajos ingresos de los productores agrícolas en el distrito de Pejibaye en el cantón de Pérez Zeledón, por lo tanto se realizaron estudios que permitieron determinar la rentabilidad de la pequeña empresa, uno de los cuales fueron el estudio de mercado que reflejó un impacto positivo, en cuanto a los consumidores finales, así mismo las principales pulperías y supermercados de San Isidro del General, ya que los datos obtenidos por medio de las encuestas realizadas evidenciaron que los consumidores estarían dispuestos a comprar snack a base de tiquizque y ñampí ya que consideran que el producto es innovador, de esta forma apoyar a los productores de la zona. Además, se logró determinar todos aquellos aspectos importantes de publicidad, con el fin de generar un producto llamativo para los consumidores, así también de poder hacer conocer el producto en la zona sur.
The main objective of this thesis is the proposal of a pre-feasibility study for the commercial development of snacks based on tiquizque and nampí in the area of Pejibaye de Pérez Zeledón, with the aim of the opportunity to enter an innovative product in the market, as well as the development of the area that aims to generate new sources of employment for the population, in addition to favoring producers in the southern area that are responsible for providing 80% of the raw material to the small company Frutos y Raíces Tropicales B y B del Sur, S. A. Where the study problem is the low income of agricultural producers in the district of Pejibaye in the canton of Perez Zeledon, therefore studies were conducted to determine the profitability of small businesses, one of which was the market study that reflected a positive impact, in terms of final consumers, Likewise, the main pulperías and supermarkets of San Isidro del General, since the data obtained through the surveys carried out showed that consumers would be willing to buy snacks based on tiquizque and ñampí since they consider the product to be innovative, thus supporting the producers of the area. In addition, it was possible to determine all those important aspects of advertising, in order to generate an attractive product for consumers, as well as to be able to make the product known in the southern zone.
