Rules and norms are created with words and these, loaded with the worldview of the society in which they are generated, are transmitted to people through language (both verbal and non-verbal) and from the family, the school, the church, and the mass media. These rules and norms, created by individuals in society, must be assumed and executed, thus shaping the conduct and actions of the same individuals in accordance with the interests of those in power. In the case of the elderly, capitalist society has created the Rules and Norms of, what to feel, how to perceive oneself as older, so that they join in isolation and leave their space to the younger, "more productive" generations. How many times do you hear people of a certain age say: "These pains, I'm sure it's leda", "I've already turned 50, everything hurts now", "How hot, I'm old, it's the least!", with all these phrases (language) the person has been conditioned and now reproduces what he has learned and responds according to the program with which he has been "trained".
