Presenta un enfoque a la historia agraria costarricense con respecto a la tenencia de la tierra mediante un estudio de problemas sociales y económicos a los que se ha enfrentado la humanidad, planteando disposiciones, beneficios y problemas de la legislación agraria costarricense.
