Grupos sociales y el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje de las ciencias en secundaria

Resumen
Con la intención de hacer un acercamiento a la forma en que pueden afectar los grupos sociales al proceso de aprendizaje de las ciencias, se realizó una investigación con el aporte de 26 estudiantes de tercer año de la secundaria costarricense, la docente de grupo y 2 profesionales de las ciencias sociales.
A quienes se les cuestionó, entrevisto y observó para identificar la presencia de grupos sociales, las características y la posible influencia en el rendimiento académico. Dentro de los principales resultados del estudio se indica que se identificaron grupos sociales como los chatas, rockeros, rastas y swaggers, quienes se caracterizan por su forma de vestir y actividades propias de sus agrupaciones, mismas que pueden influir en el rendimiento académico de los educandos.
With the intention of making an approach to the way in which social groups can affect the learning process of science, a research was made with the support of 26 Costa Rican high school students of third year, the group’s teacher and 2 social science professionals. Those questioned, interviewed and observed to identify the presence of social groups, characteristics and the possible influence on the academic performance. Among the main results of the study indicated that social groups such as flat, dreadlocked rockers and swaggers , who are characterized by their dress and the own activities of this groups, the same that could influence on the academic performance of students.
