Resumen
Analiza los factores que favorecen o limitan el ingreso de estudiantes con discapacidad visual o auditiva a la educación técnica, con base en lo señalado en el Título II, capítulo I de la Ley 7600 Ley de Igualdad de Oportunidades para las Personas con Discapacidad y su reglamento. Es una investigación cualitativa, exploratoria descriptiva. La población estudiada está constituida por: 21 jóvenes con discapacidad auditiva, 8 con discapacidad visual, 14 docentes del área secretarial de diferentes colegios técnicos, 24 padres de familia y 10 profesionales autoridades en las instituciones participantes, para un total de 77 participantes. La investigación se realizó en dos modalidades, investigación bibliográfica e investigación de campo. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron, el cuestionario, la entrevista y la entrevista a profundidad.
This article analyzes the factors that favor or limit the entry of students with visual or hearing disabilities into technical education, based on the provisions of Title II, Chapter I of Law 7600 on Equal Opportunities for People with Disabilities and its regulations. It is a qualitative, exploratory and descriptive research. The population studied is made up of: 21 young people with hearing disabilities, 8 with visual disabilities, 14 teachers from the secretarial area of different technical schools, 24 parents and 10 professional authorities in the participating institutions, for a total of 77 participants.
