Resumen
En los últimos años se ha venido ha venido hablando de la gestión de la calidad. Muchas empresas desarrolladoras de Software aplican a diario métodos de gestión y control encaminados a conseguir que sus proyectos terminen con existo aun así se calcula que sólo un 10 % de estos terminan cumpliendo los objetivos de costo tiempo y fiabilidad [COSBY]. a esto se debe añadir que más de un 15 % por cierto de los proyectos finalizados no sirven para nada, es decir no se utilizan.
Otra cuestión que viene a complicar la administración de proyectos informáticos es que en la mayoría de ellos participan grupos de personas, lo que hace que la gestión de calidad en puntos como el cumplimiento de chequeo y estándares se vuelva un tanto complejo. Por otro lado, la administración efectiva de los elementos que componen el software se convierten en una tarea ardua y de mucho cuidado.

Another issue that complicates the administration of computer projects is that groups of people participate in most of them, which makes quality management in points such as compliance with checks and standards become somewhat complex. On the other hand, the effective administration of the elements that make up the software becomes an arduous and very careful task.
