Guía didáctica resistencia indígena : luchar hasta que el sol se apague

Abstract

Esta guía didáctica la pueden utilizar personas conscientes, sensibles y con un amplio criterio sobre los derechos humanos y la lucha por garantizar estos mismos en las comunidades indígenas en pro de la defensa de la tierra territorio. Va dirigida a estudiantes de secundaria dentro del sistema educativo de Costa Rica, ciclo diversificado de décimo y onceavo año. Hemos logrado comprender que el estudiantado tiene derecho a un acceso real y equitativo al conocimiento sobre los pueblos originarios en relación con la defensa de su tierra-territorio; su desconocimiento sobre el tema ostenta la poca sensibilidad a las distintas luchas sociales y la violencia que reciben desde su resistencia. Esto, como consecuencia de un sistema alienante que avasalla a estos pueblos e invisibiliza sus luchas, lo cual conlleva a una inconsciencia, ignorancia o desinterés colectivo hacia aprendizajes más críticos de la actualidad.

This didactic guide can be used by people who are aware, sensitive and with a broad criteria about human rights and the struggle to guarantee these rights in indigenous communities in the defense of the land and territory. It is aimed at high school students within the Costa Rican educational system, diversified cycle of tenth and eleventh grade. We have been able to understand that the students have the right to a real and equitable access to knowledge about the native peoples in relation to the defense of their land-territory; their lack of knowledge on the subject shows the little sensitivity to the different social struggles and the violence they receive from their resistance. This, as a consequence of an alienating system that subjugates these peoples and makes their struggles invisible, which leads to a collective unawareness, ignorance or disinterest towards more critical learning of the present.
