Análisis de estrategias de enseñanza-aprendizaje para el desarrollo de la competencia de digitación de textos en la computadora, con el propósito de elaborar una propuesta didáctica en el ámbito de la Educación Comercial

Resumen
Este proyecto de investigación responde al trabajo final de graduación para optar por el grado de licenciatura en Educación Comercial de la Escuela de Secretariado Profesional, se centra en el estudio de la competencia de digitación de textos en la computadora. Su objetivo es analizar estrategias de enseñanza-aprendizaje para el desarrollo de la competencia mencionada, para luego, elaborar una propuesta didáctica para la Educación Comercial. De este modo, la propuesta que se ofrece puede ser utilizada en el proceso educativo de la digitación en distintos ámbitos de formación académica.
Lo anterior se realizó mediante una metodología mixta y divida en dos etapas. La primera es de tipo descriptivo, dado que se detalla cómo se enseña y se aprende esta competencia. La segunda se cataloga como investigación aplicada, ya que toma los insumos obtenidos de la investigación y se aplican en la elaboración de un recurso didáctico.
La recolección de datos se realizó mediante dos cuestionarios que se aplicaron al estudiantado y al profesorado de los cursos de Técnicas Mecanográficas Básicas, Técnicas Mecanográficas por Computadora II que ofrece la Escuela de Secretariado Profesional de la Universidad Nacional de Costar Rica y del curso Digitación I de la carrera Asistencia Administrativa, Sede Central, de la Universidad Técnica Nacional, durante el año 2020. Esto permitió identificar los elementos del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje por competencias, los elementos que intervienen en el desarrollo de la competencia en estudio y determinar estrategias de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Luego, se realizó una entrevista a la población docente mencionada con el propósito de obtener información relacionada con el diseño de la propuesta didáctica.
Posterior a ello, se realizó el análisis de los datos obtenidos que se convirtieron en el insumo para la elaboración de la propuesta, esto originó el recurso didáctico denominado TypingClass. Este recurso se encuadra en una plataforma didáctica en la web, la cual ayuda en la mediación pedagógica y optimiza el aprendizaje de la digitación. La propuesta fue sometida a un proceso de validación y se logró determinar que contiene todos los elementos necesarios para el desarrollo de la competencia de digitación de textos en la computadora, por tanto, se puede confirmar que el contenido y la estructura del material didáctico reúne los requisitos para lograr las metas establecidas.
This research project responds to the final graduation work to opt for the Bachelor's degree in Business Education from the School of Professional Secretarial, it focuses on the study of the competence of typing texts on the computer. Its objective is to analyze teaching-learning strategies for the development of the mentioned competence, and then, to elaborate a didactic proposal for Commercial Education. In this way, the proposal that is offered can be used in the educational process of typing in different areas of academic training. This was done using a mixed methodology and divided into two stages. The first is descriptive, since it details how this competence is taught and learned. The second is classified as applied research, since it takes the inputs obtained from the research and is applied in the development of a teaching resource. The data collection was carried out through two questionnaires that were applied to the students and professors of the courses of Basic Typing Techniques, Computer Typing Techniques II offered by the School of Professional Secretarial of the National University of Costa Rica and the Typing I course of the Administrative Assistance career, Central Headquarters, of the National Technical University, during the year 2020. This allowed identifying the elements of the teaching-learning process by competences, the elements that intervene in the development of the competence under study and determining teaching strategies -learning.Then, an interview was conducted with the aforementioned teaching population in order to obtain information related to the design of the didactic proposal. After that, the analysis of the data obtained was carried out, which became the input for the elaboration of the proposal, this originated the didactic resource called TypingClass. This resource is part of a didactic platform on the web, which helps in pedagogical mediation and optimizes fingering learning. The proposal was subjected to a validation process and it was possible to determine that it contains all the necessary elements for the development of the competence of typing texts in the computer, therefore, it can be confirmed that the content and structure of the didactic material meets the requirements to achieve goals
