Esqueleto Apendicular de la Paca (Cuniculus paca)
Se utilizaron seis especímenes (4 machos y 2 hembras) para describir el esqueleto apendicular de la paca. Estos animales fueron capturados en varias regiones de Costa Rica y preparados para la maceración y los estudios radiográficos de las estructuras esqueléticas. Los resultados de este estudio se comparan con los realizados en carnívoros domésticos.
Apendicular Skeleton of the Paca (Cuniculus paca) Six specimens (4 male and 2 female) were used to describe the apendicular skeleton of the paca. These animals were captured in various regions of Costa Rica and prepared for maceration and radiographic studies of skeletal structures. The results of this study are compared with those carried out in domestic carnivora.
