Resumen
En primera instancia, se debe agregar, el tema de investigación corresponde a la
viabilidad de la implementación de la modalidad de trabajo remoto para el sector
administrativo del Instituto Centroamericano de Administración de Empresas (INCAE)
posterior a la pandemia por COVID-19. El cual, se lleva a cabo por Fabiola Alejandra
Carvajal Artavia, María Gabriela Herrera Zumbada, Bárbara Nicole Jiménez Corrales y
Leonor Víquez Rodríguez, equipo que opta por el grado de licenciatura en Licenciatura en
Administración con énfasis en Gestión de Recursos Humanos en la Universidad Nacional
de Costa Rica.
De tal manera, el presente trabajo de investigación busca responder si resulta viable
la modalidad de trabajo remoto que surge en el área administrativa del instituto a partir de
2020 por motivos de la pandemia de COVID-19. Posteriormente, bajo cuáles fundamentos
se determina dicha viabilidad. Pues ante la aparición del virus SARS-CoV-2 en Costa Rica
surge un desafío importante basado en la adopción del teletrabajo como práctica para la
organización, con el objetivo de cumplir con el distanciamiento social y garantizar el
bienestar integral de sus colaboradores. Dicha modalidad se encuentra a favor de la cultura
de la empresa y productividad laboral e implica mantener un rendimiento óptimo de las
funciones a nivel organizacional y continuar con el crecimiento de la operación.
In the first instance, it should be added, the research topic corresponds to the feasibility of implementing the remote work modality for the sector administrative officer of the Central American Institute of Business Administration (INCAE) after the COVID-19 pandemic. Which is carried out by Fabiola Alejandra Carvajal Artavia, María Gabriela Herrera Zumbada, Bárbara Nicole Jiménez Corrales and Leonor Víquez Rodríguez, team that opts for the bachelor's degree in Bachelor's Degree in Administration with emphasis on Human Resources Management at the National University from Costa Rica. In this way, the present research work seeks to answer if it is feasible the remote work modality that arises in the administrative area of the institute from 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Subsequently, under what foundations said viability is determined. Well, given the appearance of the SARS-CoV-2 virus in Costa Rica An important challenge arises based on the adoption of teleworking as a practice for organization, with the aim of complying with social distancing and guaranteeing the comprehensive well-being of its collaborators. This modality is in favor of culture of the company and labor productivity and involves maintaining optimal performance of the functions at the organizational level and continue with the growth of the operation.
