Expresión Literaria UNA

Abstract

El proyecto “Expresión Literaria UNA” es un lugar para reunirse, aprender y crear, que incentiva a las personas mayores a participar a través de la literatura y la cultura, por medio de talleres, recitales, charlas y actividades que involucran a diferentes generaciones, esta propuesta de la Universidad Nacional refuerza la creatividad, el intercambio de vivencias y la apreciación del envejecimiento activo desde una óptica humana y colaborativa. Del mismo modo, el informe muestra cómo la literatura puede ser una herramienta para la inclusión, el desarrollo personal y la formación de lazos entre generaciones, presentando vivencias y producciones literarias que reflejan las habilidades, experiencias y contribuciones de los adultos mayores tanto dentro como fuera del entorno universitario.

The “UNA Literary Expression” project is a space for gathering, learning, and creating that encourages older adults to engage with literature and culture through workshops, readings, talks, and activities involving different generations. This initiative by the National University fosters creativity, the sharing of experiences, and an appreciation for active aging from a human and collaborative perspective. Similarly, the report demonstrates how literature can serve as a tool for inclusion, personal development, and the formation of intergenerational bonds, showcasing experiences and literary works that reflect the skills, experiences, and contributions of older adults both within and outside the university setting.
