This research work analyzes the delinquency of the Bonanza Norte and Dulce Nombre projects, which belong to the Collection Portfolio of Small Irrigation and Drainage Areas (PARD). The importance of conducting this research is due to the fact that the Collection Portfolio of Small Irrigation and Drainage Areas has a high level of delinquency, which is why the institution's Management needs to know the causes that are generating this problem, The reduction of delinquent amounts to a minimum would be one of the desirable results for a good financial management in SENARA, because they could invest in the financing of other similar projects and thus help a greater number of people. This document is composed of five chapters: Methodological Aspects, Reference Framework, Theoretical Framework, Analysis of Results, Conclusions, Recommendations and Proposal. It is based on a case study. The main objective of the research is to analyze the delinquency of the collection portfolio of small irrigation and drainage areas (PARD) of the Collection Management Process Department of the Bonanza Norte and Dulce Nombre projects, in the period from March to September 2010 in the National Groundwater, Irrigation and Drainage Service (SENARA). For this purpose, the following variables were analyzed: structure, inconsistencies, delinquency and proposal.
