Modelo de Gestión Sostenible para la Municipalidad de Sarchí que permita generar un impacto real en los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible

Abstract

El presente trabajo es una muestra del proceso constitutivo del modelo de gestión sostenible de la Municipalidad de Sarchí, los resultados de las actividades realizadas, la estrategia de sostenibilidad, las conclusiones y proyectos recomendados. Éste tiene como objetivo diseñar un modelo de gestión sostenible para la Municipalidad de Sarchí que permita generar un impacto real en los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible. Para el presente trabajo se seleccionó un método de investigación inductivo, dado que el universo de las fuentes de información es difuso y para alcanzar una delimitación temática más cercana a los objetivos del presente trabajo, es mejor seleccionar un grupo de fuentes representativas que permitan inducir y universo de las mismas. Se utilizó un enfoque mixto que agrupe métodos cuantitativos y cualitativos para la investigación, se planteó un tipo de investigación explicativa que permita explicar las causas, marco de referencia, consecuencias de los fenómenos hallados. La información fue obtenida a partir de revisión documental, talleres, taller de materialidad, entrevistas personales físicas, entrevistas digitales. Para recoger la información relevante para la definición de los temas prioritarios para las partes interesadas, se realizaron dos enfoques de instrumentos, el primero de ellos fueron tres tipos de entrevistas para tres públicos de interés relevantes: entrevista a 10 colaboradores, entrevista a 17 organizaciones de la comunidad y entrevista a 20 habitantes de Sarchí; además del análisis del discurso y la observación participante.

The present work is a sample of the process that constituted the sustainable management model of the Municipality of Sarchí, the results of the activities carried out, the sustainability strategy, the conclusions and recommended projects. Its objective is to design a sustainable management model for the Municipality of Sarchí that will generate a real impact on the Sustainable Development Goals. An inductive research method was selected for this work, since the universe of information sources is diffuse and in order to achieve a thematic delimitation closer to the objectives of this work, it is better to select a group of representative sources that allow to induce and universe of the same. A mixed approach combining quantitative and qualitative methods was used for the research, and an explanatory type of research was proposed to explain the causes, frame of reference, and consequences of the phenomena found. The information was obtained from documentary review, workshops, materiality workshop, physical personal interviews, digital interviews. To collect the relevant information for the definition of the priority issues for the stakeholders, two approaches of instruments were carried out, the first of them were three types of interviews for three relevant audiences of interest: interview of 10 collaborators, interview of 17 community organizations and interview of 20 inhabitants of Sarchí; in addition to discourse analysis and participant observation.
