Resumen
Esta investigación tuvo como propósito, conocer las vivencias sociales y culturales que experimentan las niñas del Hogar, así como, la interacción que mantienen entre sí y con las demás personas. La investigación responde a un estudio de tipo cualitativo, por lo que, para la obtención de datos se diseñó una entrevista dirigida a tres poblaciones, en donde la información se basó en un análisis detallado y explicativo mediante diagramas, y cuya finalidad era relacionar lo señalado por las poblaciones entrevistadas. La población estuvo conformada por diez niñas, y tres encargadas, que habitan en el Hogar Madre del Redentor, además, de nueve docentes de la escuela a la que asisten las jóvenes del hogar, para un total de veintidós sujetos. La teoría muestra la conceptualización de familia y sus tipos, la discriminación, abandono, rebeldía, comunicación, relaciones interpersonales, socialización, influencia, adaptación y la situación económica dentro de la categoría social. Dentro de la categoría cultural se encuentra la conceptualización de valores, tiempo libre, educación y rendimiento académico, todos relacionados con la interacción y las vivencias que experimentan las niñas y adolescentes del Hogar Madre del Redentor. Los principales resultados enfatizan en que las niñas y adolescentes tienen una formación adecuada dentro del Hogar Madre del Redentor, así como, en la institución educativa a la que asisten. De acuerdo, con las diferentes experiencias y circunstancias particulares de las jóvenes, la sicóloga mantiene los procesos y trabaja en conjunto con la orientadora de la escuela, con el propósito de fortalecer ciertas debilidades y actitudes que manifiestan las jóvenes. Las conclusiones demuestran que el Hogar Madre del Redentor es una institución que brinda protección, apoyo e integración familiar a niñas y adolescentes que no cuentan con la seguridad de una figura paterna. Posteriormente, se concluye que estas jóvenes se integran efectivamente a la sociedad por que participan en diversidad de actividades culturales y religiosas, lo que les permite crecer a nivel personal, demostrar sus talentos artísticos, superar algunos problemas emocionales y elevar la autoestima, creando un sentido positivo para la vida. Entre las principales recomendaciones se sugieren, que personas encargadas del Hogar soliciten un permiso legal de visita a ciertos familiares o personas cercanas para que mantengan lazos afectivos con las niñas y adolescentes de ésta institución. Además, de promover el servicio de Orientación dentro del Hogar, ya que, es importante porque la sicóloga trabaja en conjunto con la orientadora temas, de gran importancia para el desarrollo integral de las jóvenes.
The purpose of this research was to find out about the social and cultural experiences of the girls at the Home, as well as, the interaction that they keep with each other and with other people. The population was made up of ten girls and three caregivers who live in at the Hogar Madre del Redentor, in addition to nine teachers from the school to that the young women of the home attend, for a total of twenty-two subjects. The theory shows the conceptualization of family and its types, discrimination, abandonment, rebelliousness, communication, interpersonal relationships, socialization influence, adaptation and the economic situation... within the social category. Within the cultural category is the conceptualization of values, education and academic performance, all related to the interaction and the experiences experienced by the girls and adolescents of the Home Mother of the Redeemer. The main results emphasize that the girls and adolescents have a adequate training within the Mother House of the Redeemer, as well as, in the educational institution they attend. According to the different experiences and particular circumstances of the young women, the psychologist maintains the processes and works in conjunction with the school's counselor, with the purpose of strengthening certain weaknesses and attitudes that the young women manifest. The conclusions show that the Mother Home of the Redeemer is a institution that provides protection, support and family integration to girls and adolescents who do not have the security of a father figure. Subsequently, it is concluded that these young women are effectively integrated into the society because they participate in a variety of cultural and religious activities, so that allows them to grow on a personal level, demonstrate their artistic talents, overcome some emotional problems and raise self-esteem, creating a sense positive for life. Among the main recommendations are that people in charge of the Home apply for legal permission to visit certain family members or persons to maintain emotional ties with the girls and adolescents of this institution.
