Resumen
Se presenta a consideración de la comunidad universitaria y de la región, el Informe de la Decana que resume el trabajo realizado en las áreas de docencia, investigación, extensión y de transferencia tecnológica correspondiente al año 1993. La Sede Brunca realizó un proceso de redefinición epistemológica y de oferta académica. En la reorganización académica – administrativa, en el nuevo Estatuto Orgánico, la Sede queda definida como un núcleo universitario desconcentrado, por medio del cual la Universidad Nacional impulsa, coordina y desarrolla programas en una región específica, de acuerdo a las demandas y necesidades del desarrollo nacional y regional. La institución es dirigida por un Decano y un Vicedecano.
The Dean's Report, which summarizes the work carried out in the areas of teaching, research, outreach, and technology transfer for the year 1993, is presented for consideration by the university community and the region. The Brunca Campus underwent a process of epistemological redefinition and academic offering. In the academic-administrative reorganization, in the new Organic Statute, the Campus is defined as a decentralized university center through which the National University promotes, coordinates, and develops programs in a specific region, in accordance with the demands and needs of national and regional development. The institution is headed by a Dean and a Vice Dean.
