Resumen
El objetivo de esta investigación es evaluar las posibilidades de acceso al crédito que tienen los microempresarios del cantón de San Rafael de Heredia, para el período del 01 al 27 de Octubre de 2007, utilizando un cuestionario estructurado para captar la información necesaria y adicionalmente se aplicó una guía de observación a los Entes Financieros, eje fundamental en la investigación. La accesibilidad al crédito es primordial en el sector que nos ocupa, ya que de su posibilidad real y objetiva de desarrollo, depende en gran parte la economía del país, porque ha quedado demostrado en múltiples estudios de diferentes países y del nuestro, que de la mano de este sector, se puede fortalecer la economía y combatir la pobreza, visto así en algunos países que han creído en esta posibilidad, apostando con ahínco en este sector y logrando muchos servicios. Se logró estudiar y analizar diversos artículos relacionados con la investigación, que contenían iniciativas y proyectos que aportaron buenas perspectivas, aunque sin llegar a lograr el objetivo expuesto, ya que tales esfuerzos se quedaron en papel, al no contar con el apoyo idóneo de la clase política vigente en el país.
The objective of this research is to evaluate the possibilities of access to credit that the micro-entrepreneurs of the canton of San Rafael de Heredia have, for the period from October 1 to 27, 2007, using a structured questionnaire to capture the necessary information and additionally an observation guide was applied to the Financial Entities, fundamental axis in the research. The accessibility to credit is essential in the sector that concerns us, since the country's economy depends largely on its real and objective possibility of development, because it has been demonstrated in multiple studies of different countries and ours, that hand in hand with this sector, the economy can be strengthened and poverty can be combated, as seen in some countries that have believed in this possibility, betting hard on this sector and achieving many services. It was possible to study and analyze various articles related to the research, which contained initiatives and projects that provided good perspectives, although without achieving the stated objective, since such efforts remained on paper, not having the appropriate support of the current political class in the country.
