Estudio de prefactibilidad para la plantación y comercialización en grano seco de cacao procedencia clonal en territorio indígena Ngäbe Comte Burica

Resumen
En este planteamiento se realiza un análisis inicial de una idea productiva, propuesta por trece productores Ngäbes y sus familias, representando aproximadamente 53 personas, vecinas de asentamientos de la Reserva Indígena Comte Burica. Pobladores que desean reactivar sus tierras con la plantación de 45 hectáreas de cacao, para comercializar la semilla seca y propiciar un desarrollo sostenible. Esto mediante el establecimiento del cultivo de cacao procedencia clonal, con técnicas agrícolas modernas, que se enfocan en los sistemas agroforestales; ya que este cultivo pasa a integrar sistemas, los cuales permiten la diversificación productiva (al sembrar árboles de cacao maderables y frutales en la misma área), además servicios ambientales
(biodiversidad, carbono, agua, calidad de suelo) en las fincas donde se establezca la actividad cacaotera. Como herramienta de análisis para observar si existen las condiciones favorables para llevar a un proyecto la idea, se utiliza un estudio de prefactibilidad, que incorpora estudios de mercado, técnico, administrativo-legal, ambiental y económico-financiero, definidos como objetivos específicos para este trabajo de investigación; en virtud del problema planteado como objeto de estudio. Luego de haber realizado los diferentes análisis en las áreas antes mencionadas, se obtienen resultados, que permiten considerar y concluir que el proyecto presenta viabilidad tanto de mercado, técnico, administrativo-legal, ambiental y económico-financiero. Se demuestra buena aceptación del proyecto en dichos análisis, ya que las condiciones ambientales y de mercado, son favorables para el cultivo, además que dicho proyecto aporta al desarrollo socio-económico de los productores y pobladores indígenas del territorio Ngäbe, El Progreso, Altamira de Comte Burica.
In this approach, an initial analysis of a productive idea is carried out, proposed by thirteen Ngäbes producers and their families, representing approximately 53 people, neighboring of settlements in the Comte Burica Indigenous Reserve. Settlers who wish to reactivate their lands with the planting of 45 hectares of cocoa, to commercialize the dry seed and promote sustainable development. This by establishing the cultivation of cocoa fromwith modern agricultural techniques, which focus on agroforestry systems; since this crop becomes integrated into systems, which allow for productive diversification (by planting timber and fruit trees in the same area), plus environmental services (biodiversity, carbon, water, soil quality) on the farms where the activity is established cocoa. As an analysis tool to observe if favorable conditions exist to carry. A pre-feasibility study, which incorporates market research, is used to support a project idea, technical, administrative-legal, environmental and economic-financial, defined as objectives specific to this research work; by virtue of the problem posed as the object of studio.
