Resumen
La presente investigación abordó el tema de la empleabilidad, en el contexto de
las personas en condición de discapacidad (PCD). Se analizaron todas sus variables a
partir de los postulados teóricos de la psicología del trabajo con el propósito de proponer
una estrategia de empleabilidad laboral para PCD en el área administrativa de la UNA.
En el primer capítulo se expone la justificación y el interés del equipo de
investigadores por explorar la problemática, la pertinencia académica de su abordaje, el
rol del profesional en psicología, así como la definición del objetivo general y los
específicos que operativizaron la ejecución de la investigación. Además, de forma
general se muestran los principales hallazgos resultantes del análisis de la problemática.
Un segundo capítulo describe el contexto estratégico y organizativo de la
Universidad Nacional y del Programa Desarrollo de Recursos Humanos, instancia a la
cual se dirige la propuesta resultante de esta investigación.
El tercer capítulo hace referencia a la propuesta metodológica que se utilizó para
desarrollar la investigación, la cual es de tipo cualitativo con un enfoque fenomenológico
porque describe la problemática social de la normalización del empleo para PCD
considerando la relación entre las variables psicología, discapacidad y mundo del trabajo
para explicar dicho fenómeno.
Asimismo, se describen las categorías y subcategorías que permitieron establecer
las guías de preguntas para llevar a cabo las entrevistas abiertas, cuestionarios auto
aplicables y grupos focales.
El cuarto capítulo presenta los resultados obtenidos, su análisis y discusión, así
como las vivencias de las personas investigadoras durante su experiencia de
investigación.
En el quinto capítulo se expone la propuesta de una opción laboral para PCD en
el área administrativa de la UNA.
Un sexto capítulo se conforma por las consideraciones finales que hacen
referencia a las perspectivas a futuro relacionadas con el campo de intervención y el rol
del profesional en psicología en el mismo, así como los aprendizajes logrados durante el
proceso de investigación.
Finalmente, el séptimo capítulo describe las conclusiones y recomendaciones.
This research addressed the issue of employability, in the context of people with disabilities (PWD). All its variables were analyzed starting from the theoretical postulates of the psychology of work with the purpose of proposing a job employability strategy for PWD in the administrative area of the UNA. The fourth chapter presents the results obtained, their analysis and discussion, as well as as the experiences of the researchers during their experience of research. In the fifth chapter, the proposal of a labor option for PWD in the administrative area of the UNA. A sixth chapter is made up of the final considerations that make reference to future perspectives related to the field of intervention and the role professional in psychology in the same, as well as the learning achieved during the Investigation process. Finally, the seventh chapter describes the conclusions and recommendations.
