Estudio de la historia de la educación preescolar bajo los contextos social, económico y cultural en el cantón Pérez Zeledón

Resumen
Se fundamenta la historia de la Educación Preescolar en las diferentes instituciones educativas, de los once distritos del cantón Pérez Zeledón; cuyo objetivo general es investigar la historia de la Educación Preescolar en el Cantón Pérez Zeledón. De éste se desprende cinco objetivos específicos, que a continuación se detallan: indagar acerca de los principales actores en la historia de la Educación Preescolar en el cantón Pérez Zeledón; identificar el contexto educativo vinculado con la historia de la Educación Preescolar en el cantón Pérez Zeledón; indagar acerca del contexto social según la historia de la Educación Preescolar en el cantón Pérez Zeledón; identificar el contexto económico con respecto a la historia de la Educación Preescolar en el cantón Pérez Zeledón; e identificar el contexto cultural relacionado con la historia de la Educación Preescolar en el cantón Pérez Zeledón. En el marco teórico se mencionan los conceptos relacionados con el tema en estudio, de esta forma se toman en cuentan las teorías que dan fundamentos a las propuestas de investigación. Entre ellos se pueden mencionar: Pérez Zeledón y su Historia; concepto de la Educación Preescolar, antecedentes de Educación Preescolar; marco legal de la Educación Preescolar; fundamentos de la Educación Preescolar; contexto de la Política Educativa· inicios de la Educación Preescolar en Costa Rica; Educación Preescolar en el cantón Pérez Zeledón; historia educativa del cantón Pérez Zeledón antes de 1951; historia educativa del cantón Pérez Zeledón de 1952 a 1961; historia educativa del cantón Pérez Zeledón de 1962 a 1971; historia educativa del cantón Pérez Zeledón de 1972 a 1981; caracterización de las comunidades educativas de acuerdo a los contextos. Este estudio se caracteriza por ser cualitativo con metodología narrativa biográfica. En él se emplean diversos técnicas propias o compartidas por este tipo de estudios: tanto para la justificación como para la selección de los participantes, determinación de informantes. Entre las técnicas que brindan una mayor caracterización al trabajo se citan: entrevistas en profundidad, el estudio bibliográfico y el análisis de datos. La población está constituida por las veintidós comunidades educativas, pertenecientes a los once distritos del cantón Pérez Zeledón, y todo lo que conlleva a la recopilación de algunos datos históricos de la Educación Preescolar en el mismo, durante diferentes periodos históricos, así como algunas personas de la comunidad que han sido parte fundamental en la creación e historia de las instituciones educativas. Los instrumentos utilizados en la investigación fueron: entrevista a profundidad dirigida al personal administrativo de las diferentes instituciones educativas; a las primeras docentes que impartieron el Preescolar en las instituciones educativas en estudio, directores en el mismo año; y a personas claves de cada comunidad educativa en estudio. Estudios bibliográficos, dirigido a toda la bibliografía relacionada con la historia del cantón y de las instituciones educativas. Análisis de datos, dirigidos y documentos no publicados de las diversas instituciones.
The history of preschool education in the different educational institutions of the eleven districts of the Pérez Zeledón canton is based on the general objective of researching the history of preschool education in the Pérez Zeledón canton. From this, five specific objectives are derived, which are detailed below: to investigate about the main actors in the history of Preschool Education in Pérez Zeledón canton; to identify the educational context linked to the history of Preschool Education in Pérez Zeledón canton; to investigate about the social context according to the history of Preschool Education in Pérez Zeledón canton; to identify the economic context with respect to the history of Preschool Education in Pérez Zeledón canton; and to identify the cultural context related to the history of Preschool Education in Pérez Zeledón canton. The theoretical framework mentions the concepts related to the topic under study, thus taking into account the theories that give foundations to the research proposals. Among them we can mention: Pérez Zeledón and its History; concept of Preschool Education, background of Preschool Education; legal framework of Preschool Education; foundations of Preschool Education; context of the Educational Policy - beginnings of Preschool Education in Costa Rica; Preschool Education in the Pérez Zeledón canton; educational history of Pérez Zeledón canton before 1951; educational history of Pérez Zeledón canton from 1952 to 1961; educational history of Pérez Zeledón canton from 1962 to 1971; educational history of Pérez Zeledón canton from 1972 to 1981; characterization of the educational communities according to the contexts. This study is characterized as qualitative with a biographical narrative methodology. It employs various techniques typical or shared by this type of studies: both for the justification and for the selection of participants, determination of informants. Among the techniques that provide greater characterization to the work are: in-depth interviews, bibliographic study and data analysis. The population is constituted by the twenty-two educational communities, belonging to the eleven districts of the canton Pérez Zeledón, and all that leads to the compilation of some historical data of Preschool Education in the same, during different historical periods, as well as some people of the community who have been a fundamental part in the creation and history of the educational institutions. The instruments used in the research were: in-depth interview directed to the administrative personnel of the different educational institutions; to the first teachers who taught preschool in the educational institutions under study, directors in the same year; and to key people of each educational community under study. Bibliographic studies, directed to all the bibliography related to the history of the canton and the educational institutions. Data analysis, directed and unpublished documents of the various institutions.
