Resumen
El proyecto pertenece a la Universidad Nacional Sede Regional Chorotega.
Este es un proyecto de desarrollo institucional y presenta como objetivo General: Diseñar, Desarrollar e Implementar una plataforma Tecnológica de voz sobre IP mediante la utilización de Software Libre, como solución de mejora de comunicaciones para la Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica, Sede Regional Chorotega.
El proyecto se realizó tomando en cuenta como base Reglamento para la Elaboración de Anteproyectos y Proyectos orientados a la obtención del grado de Licenciatura de la Escuela de Informática de la Universidad Nacional. El proyecto consta de una Introducción, un Marco Teórico, Estudio de Factibilidad,
Desarrollo y aplicación de la metodología y Análisis Retrospectivo, Valores agregados del proyecto, así como las conclusiones y recomendaciones.
Los beneficiarios del proyecto es la comunidad universitaria de la Universidad Nacional, Sede Regional Chorotega que, según la estadística del Departamento de Registro y la Dirección administrativa, la población está integrado por: El personal administrativo que lo conforman 48 funcionarios, que cubren las áreas de recepción, secretariado, registro, financiero, biblioteca, transportes, limpieza, mantenimiento y vigilancia, de los cuales, 27 son propietarios. Un total de 1 231 estudiantes regulares aproximadamente (Campus Liberia — Campus Nicoya) y 99 académicos, de los cuales 81 son interinos y 18 son propietarios y tendrá un área de cobertura de aproximadamente 500 metros cuadrados solo el campus de Liberia.
Después de realizar una Evaluación Financiera se establece que el proyecto no presenta ingresos directos al prestar el servicio y, además, no se cuenta con registros de pérdidas, para estimar un promedio anual. Estableciéndose que el proyecto no sea por sí mismo autosuficiente, por lo que sus fondos deberán ser aportados por la institución estatal dueña del proyecto, lo que justifica que el balance de los egresos e ingresos sea cero (0).
The project belongs to the National University Chorotega Regional Headquarters. The project was carried out taking into account as a basis the Regulations for the Preparation of Preliminary Projects and Projects aimed at obtaining a Bachelor's degree from the School of Informatics of the National University. The project consists of an Introduction, a Theoretical Framework, Feasibility Study, Development and application of the methodology and Retrospective Analysis, Added Values of the project, as well as the conclusions and recommendations. The beneficiaries of the project are the university community of the National University, Chorotega Regional Headquarters, which, according to the statistics of the Registration Department and the Administrative Department, the population is made up of: The administrative staff that is made up of 48 officials, who cover the areas of reception, secretarial, registry, financial, library, transport, cleaning, maintenance and surveillance, of which 27 are owners.
